The complete bean processing line employs a multi-stage, precision screening process. It begins with a preliminary cleaning screen to remove large impurities such as stalks, coarse gravel, and clods of soil. Next, an air-screen cleaner removes light impurities, dust, and remaining stalks. A destoner then precisely separates stones and soil particles that are similar in size to the mung beans, ensuring no heavy impurities remain.
Subsequently, a gravity separator removes shriveled or hollow beans. Finally, an optical sorter performs precision sorting to eliminate defective beans—such as those that are moldy, discolored, or insect-damaged. Following this comprehensive grading and impurity removal process, the impurity rate is drastically reduced, resulting in a product with uniform grain size and consistent quality.
