grain destoner technical analysis and manufacturing specifications
With a capacity of 5–10 tons per hour and a 7.5 kW power rating, this polishing machine removes surface dust from beans and mung beans to leave them cleaner and more shining. The supply is 50 sets per month with a 10–15 working day delivery period, with SGS, CE, and SONCAP certification.
Polishing Machine Introduction
A polishing machine, used for surface polishing of materials, is widely used in the processing of various bean and grain products. Its operating principle is to rotate cotton cloth to agitate the materials. At the same time, the cotton cloth removes dust and surface impurities, giving the particle surfaces a clean, bright, and “like-new” appearance.

What Can a Polishing Machine Do?
During the harvesting process, beans often have dust on their surfaces. Polishing is therefore used to remove surface dust, keep beans clean and shiny, and enhance their overall value.
It is suitable for various beans, including: bean polisher, mung bean polisher, kidney bean polisher, red kidney bean polisher, and soya bean polisher.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
PRODUCT FEATURES
● The polishing cloth is made of pure cotton fabric and has good adsorption properties, thereby improving the polishing performance.
● The central shaft is made of metal. The cotton fabric is fixed to the surface of the main shaft using screws.
● The outer cylinder is made of 304 stainless steel mesh, offering excellent durability.
● The entire polishing chamber operates under suction negative pressure. The generated dust is removed promptly, preventing dust accumulation that could otherwise affect polishing performance.
PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The internal structure of the polishing machine includes a central shaft, outer cylinder, frame, and other components. A large amount of cotton fabric is installed on the surface of the central shaft. The cotton fabric is mounted with a specific structure and travel path. The outer cylinder serves as the cylindrical polishing chamber and is made from a perforated woven mesh. Its purpose is to discharge the dust generated during polishing in a timely manner. The equipment is equipped with a material inlet, a finished product outlet, and a dust outlet. During operation, it should be connected to a conveyor belt and other material-feeding devices.

Why Choose Our Polishing Machine?
Our bean polishing machine applies the principle of flexible friction and low-speed gentle polishing. There is no strong pressing or impact. The rotational speed and feed rate can be adjusted appropriately. The finished product has small particle size variation and a low rate of damaged skin, resulting in low raw material loss and a low crushing rate. By removing floating dust from the surface of the beans, the bean surface becomes evenly colored and bright, and the overall appearance is neat. This improves product presentation and can significantly enhance market value. The machine adopts a compact overall structure with fewer wear parts, a low failure rate, low motor power, low energy consumption, and simple daily maintenance.
