DOUBLE AIR SCREEN CLEANER — INTRODUCTION

Double Air Screen Cleaner is designed for cleaning sesame, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds. It efficiently removes dust, leaves, and other light impurities, with a high separation efficiency of 98% (reference value). Light impurities are removed through the vertical air screen, while the vibration grader helps separate larger and smaller impurities.

The product can be classified into large, medium, and small sizes using different sieve layers. The Double Air Screen Cleaner can also separate stones of different sizes together with grain/seed; however, it cannot remove stones of the same size as the grain/seed.

The secondary air screen further improves the purity of the final product. It re-cleans the material by wind selection to remove any remaining light impurities.

WHAT CAN A DOUBLE AIR SCREEN CLEANER DO?

Double Air Screen Cleaner is suitable for removing all impurities, including dust and leaves, from grains and pulses. After cleaning, the purity can reach 99% (reference value). It is suitable for processing such as chia seeds, sesame seeds, and other exporter-demanded seeds and crops, including: soybeans, mung beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, coffee beans, peanuts, and chia seeds (seed cleaning processing plants).
